How are several voltage stabilizing currents defined in the diode parameters?
The voltage stabilizing current in the diode parameters is divided into: stable current IZ, minimum stable current IZmin, and maximum stable current Izmax. So, how are these currents defined?
Stable current: The reverse current when the working voltage is equal to the stable voltage;
Minimum stable current: The minimum reverse current required when the working voltage of the voltage regulator diode is at a stable voltage;
Maximum stable current: The maximum reverse current allowed by the voltage regulator diode.
