Increasing the power density of switching power supply products can be achieved by increasing their operating frequency. However, high-frequency products can cause a series of engineering problems, thereby limiting the increase in switching frequency. Switching speed is one of the main factors limiting the switching frequency of switching power supplies. When fast recovery diodes are used as switching diodes and high-frequency rectifiers in switching power supplies, the reverse recovery time of fast recovery diodes directly affects the frequency of the switching power supply. It can be understood that the frequency of the switching power supply is the frequency of the switching transistor. If it is a simple flyback topology, one cycle corresponds to turning on and off the rectifier diode. In the actual design, because the voltage is regulated by controlling the duty cycle of the switch, the conduction and cut-off of the switch tube cannot be completed instantaneously, that is, the actual Limit switch frequency of the switch is less than the design frequency.
