TO naming rules = package code + number of pins

For example, TO-220-5 where TO-220 represents the code of the package, and the following 5 represents the number of its pins.

2. DIP dual in-line Pakcage. As the name suggests, the pins of this type are arranged on both sides of the chip. , is the most common type of plug-in package, the pin pitch is 2.54mm; application range: standard logic IC, memory and microcomputer circuits, etc.

SOP naming rules: number = number of pins
