Vishay launches 592W series solid tantalum surface mount capacitors

Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announced the launch of a new series of solid tantalum surface mount capacitors -592W. The stable and durable 592W capacitor is specifically designed for the pulse operation mode in wireless modems, with high capacitance values ranging from 330 μ F to 2200 μ F in the voltage range of 6.3V to 10V, and three external dimensions with heights of 1.6mm and 2.0mm.  diode

The capacitors released today have stable electrical performance under various temperature, pulse repetition interval, and voltage conditions. Can be applied in wireless modems, solid-state drives, and mobile stereo audio as a high-capacity energy storage capacitor.

The 592W capacitor adopts small-sized C (7.1mm x 3.2mm), M (7.5mm x 6.3mm), and X (14.5mm x 7.37mm) shape codes, which is the first device of its kind to have a capacitance of 750 μ F at 10V in the M shape. The capacitor has undergone various surge current tests and complies with RoHS regulations. It can operate within a temperature range of -55 ℃ to+125 ℃ (voltage derating), with a standard capacitance tolerance of ± 20%.
