Philips launches new product MEGA Schottky rectifier diode

Royal Philips Electronics has released a new product called MEGA Schottky rectifier diode, which helps Asian mobile communication and consumer electronics manufacturers produce smaller and more fully functional devices. These more compact designs are achieved through Philips' new compact and efficient rectifier packaged in a compact flat lead SOD323F. Compared to the industry standard SMA package, these MEGA Schottky rectifiers have reduced their size by 75% and increased efficiency by 60% compared to the MEGA Schottky rectifiers packaged in Philips SOD323.
