Due to the reverse current flowing from high potential to low potential, the output voltage of the DC distribution cabinet will further decrease and gradually approach -56.5 V, which exceeds the floating voltage tolerance of the DC distribution cabinet, resulting in overcharge alarm and battery damage.diode
3. Improvement of diode based power supply
In order to solve the problem of reverse charging, after referring to various relevant power supply rectification plans, it was finally decided to use rectifier diodes to solve the problem. Connect a high-power diode in series between two power systems, and use the unidirectional conductivity of the diode to block the reverse current. The circuit principle is shown in Figure 4.
Due to the higher cathode potential of the diode compared to the anode, it is in a cut-off and non-conductive state, effectively blocking the counterclockwise current in the above figure. Therefore, the FAl6 rectifier power supply will not have a charging effect on the DC distribution cabinet battery pack, and the distribution cabinet will naturally not have abnormal alarms.diode
