Solid electrolyte capacitors contain manganese dioxide, which is formed on the dielectric layer of tantalum pentoxide by impregnating pellets with manganese solution and nitrate. Then heat the granular manganese nitrate in the oven to convert it into manganese dioxide. Next, the ball is coated with graphite, followed by a layer of metallic silver to provide a conductive surface.
