3 Conclusion

In order to improve the image quality of CMOS image sensors, this paper proposes a novel CMOS active pixel image sensor by analyzing the main noise sources and image distortions. This CMOS image sensor uses 4T active pixels, greatly improving the sensitivity of the image sensor. By integrating image preprocessing functions into sensors, it has achieved good results in improving the quality of images.diode
