Main parameters of diodes
Forward current IF: The current value allowed to pass through the diodes at rated power.
Forward voltage drop VF: The voltage drop generated between the two poles of a diode when passing through the rated forward current.
Maximum rectified current (average) IOM: The average value of the maximum allowed half wave current under continuous operation of half wave rectification.
Reverse breakdown voltage VB: The reverse voltage value at which the reverse current of a diode sharply increases to the point where breakdown occurs.
Forward and reverse peak voltage VRM: The peak reverse voltage allowed for a diodes to operate normally, usually VRM is two-thirds or slightly smaller than VP.
Reverse current IR: The value of reverse current flowing through a diodes under specified reverse voltage conditions.
Junction capacitance C: Capacitors include capacitors and diffusion capacitors. When used in high-frequency situations, it is required that the junction capacitance be less than a certain specified value.
