RKV653KP adopts MP6 (Micro Package 6, Renesas package code) and achieves a very small size of 0.6mm × 0.3mm by using a lower electrode structure located on the lower side of the package. And RKV653KL adopts pin type EFP (ultra small flat pin package, Renesas package code) to expand the package type, with a size of 1.0mm (tube size: 0.8mm) × 0.6mm, providing optional models suitable for different systems.diode

Renesas' future plans include developing adjustable antenna low-voltage varactor diodes and expanding the product lineup to support low-power applications. Renesas will also continue to strive to reduce characteristic variation in order to provide diodes with higher usability.diode
