Renesas Technology Corp. recently announced the launch of two adjustable antenna varactor diodes (varicap diodes) for portable and mobile terminals with digital terrestrial broadcasting capabilities: the RKV653KP has the industry's smallest size of 0.6mm x 0.3mm, while the RKV653KL comes in an extended package form.
