STMicroelectronics announces new series of 100V trench Schottky rectifier diodes 1

STMicroelectronics recently announced the launch of a new series of 100V Trench Schottky rectifier diodes, designed to meet the market's demand for high-performance, low-power, and small-sized power solutions. These diodes adopt advanced trench technology to improve their performance, making them competitive in various electronic applications and driving the development of the industry.

The new series of 100V trench Schottky rectifier diodes adopts advanced trench technology, which can reduce the forward voltage drop of the diode during conduction and reduce the reverse recovery time.
