3. Welding

When welding, it is important to note that PTC thermistors should not be damaged due to excessive heating. The following maximum temperature, maximum time, and minimum distance must be observed:

Dissolving pool temperature max 260 ℃ max 360 ℃

Brazing time max.10s max.5s

Minimum distance from PTC thermistor min. 6mm min. 6mm

Under harsh brazing conditions, it will cause changes in resistance values.
