The NTC thermistor adopts thick film printing technology, and its appearance and use are the same as ordinary thick film chip fixed resistors. It is small in size and light in weight, suitable for reflow soldering and wave soldering, and matched with automatic mounting machines. The NTC functional layer of this type of NTC thermistor is printed on an AL2O3 ceramic substrate, using high-performance protective materials to make its mechanical and corrosion resistance superior to traditional cast NTC thermistors. This NTC thermistor has a unique internal structure, with an NTC functional layer thickness of only a few tens of micrometers, which is only 1/100 of the thickness of the traditional cast NTC thermistor functional layer. This makes it have excellent response speed, thermal time constant (0402 type τ≤ 1 second), dissipation coefficient, extremely low thermal capacity, and excellent self-healing performance.

The product models include 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, etc. The R25 resistance ranges from 100 Ω to 470K Ω (E24) with accuracy of ± 1%, ± 3%, ± 5%, ± 10%, and the B value ranges from 2200 to 4400. We can also design and produce according to customers' special requirements.diode
