3、 Temperature detection scheme for LED flash substrate

The LED flash substrate usually consists of three parts: LED chip, circuit board, and heat sink. During the operation of LED chips, a certain amount of heat is generated. If the heat is not dissipated in a timely manner, the temperature of the LED chip will increase, which will affect the lifespan and brightness of the LED. Therefore, adding NTC thermistor to LED flash substrate can achieve real-time monitoring of LED chip temperature.diode

The temperature detection scheme for LED flash substrate is as follows:

1. Connect the NTC thermistor to the circuit board and connect the circuit board to the LED chip.

2. When the LED chip is working, the heat generated will be transferred to the heat sink, and the temperature of the heat sink will also increase accordingly.

3. The resistance value of NTC thermistor will decrease with the increase of radiator temperature, and the temperature of radiator can be calculated by measuring the resistance value of NTC thermistor.diode
