Syfer Technology has launched a series of surface mount surface mount capacitors, which use traditional tin/lead terminals and are mainly aimed at applications that are not subject to EU RoHS regulations, including military/aviation, space, and automotive products. Some special applications are currently not restricted by the EU RoHS regulations. Although the feasibility of using tin products is still under investigation, Syfer believes that some specific applications will continue to use tin/lead materials. The tin/lead terminals provided by the company contain no more than 10% lead, including various multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCC). The capacitance range is from 0.45pF to 82 μ F, and the operating voltage is between 16Vdc and 10kVdc, suitable for low or high voltage/current applications. These MMLC capacitors use standard silver or FlexiCap substrate protective layers, and the terminals are made of nickel or tin/lead materials. Syfer also provides devices that comply with RoHS and ISO 14001 specifications. According to different chip sizes, voltages, capacitance/tolerance, and quality, the unit price of MLCC capacitors with tin/lead terminals mentioned above is approximately between 4 cents and 1 dollar (for reference only), with an ordering cycle of 6 to 8 weeks. diode
