On the opening of the sticker, the suction nozzle relies on negative pressure to suction components, so the change in negative pressure reflects the suction of components by the suction nozzle (as shown in Figure 1). If the feeder does not have components, or if the components are too large and stuck in the package, the suction nozzle will not be able to suck up the components; Even if the suction nozzle sucks in the component, if the component is sucked incorrectly, the pressure of the suction nozzle will change. By detecting the pressure change, the mounting situation can be controlled. Of course, if the negative pressure is not enough, the suction nozzle will also not be able to suck up the components, or although it can suck up the components, they may fall off during the movement of the sticker head due to the action of the motion force. These situations cannot escape the monitoring of the negative pressure sensor. If it is found that the component cannot be suctioned or cannot be suctioned, the system will sound an alarm, reminding the operator to replace the feeder or check if the negative pressure system of the suction nozzle is blocked.diode
