In traditional gas pressure measurement instruments, the sensor component and the data acquisition system are separate, resulting in relatively poor anti-interference capabilities. Additionally, the pressure changes of the measured objects are often rapid. Therefore, the system must not only have a high data throughput rate but also be capable of adapting to complex and variable industrial environments, featuring strong anti-interference performance, self-detection, and data transmission functions.
Here, leveraging the advantages of FPGAs, such as flexible scalability, the ability to implement System-on-Chip (SoC), and the availability of multiple IP cores, an intelligent sensor system capable of controlling multiple analog switches, A/D conversion, diode rapid data processing and transmission, error correction, and temperature compensation was designed. Additionally, the sensor was integrated with the data acquisition and processing control system, resulting in a more compact design and enhanced adaptability for industrial field applications.diode
