How to switch diodes

The switch diode  in ambition is completely on (on) in the forward direction and completely off (off) in the reverse direction, and the transition between on/off is clean. But in reality, the diode is not like this. For example, a primary problem is that when it transitions from forward to reverse, the diode cannot immediately switch from conduction to cutoff. Instead, it delays for a short period of time before turning to cutoff after transitioning to reverse. During this period, the diode is first "anti guided" and gradually changes from "anti guided" to reverse cutoff. This can cause problems in some circuits. In order for the circuit to function properly, it is required that the diode has no such delay phenomenon. Through the improvement of technology and data, a nearly ideal diode has been made, which is called a "switch" switch diode.
