MOS tube P tube N tube distinguishing method

First of all, let's talk about the distinguishing method of MOS tube, P tube and N tube.
For P-type MOSFET, the anode of the parasite diode is connected with the drain, and the cathode is connected with the source, while for N-type MOSFET, the anode of the parasite diode is connected with the source, and the cathode is connected with the drain. The cathode and anode connections of P-type MOSFET and N-type MOSFET body diodes are just the opposite. Therefore, although P-type MOSFET and N-type MOSFET cannot be distinguished from each other in appearance, they can be distinguished by using a multimeter to test the connection between the cathode and anode of the parasite diode and the drain source.
Another way to distinguish whether the MOSFET is P-type or N-type is to turn on the MOSFET, whether the gate to the source requires a positive level or a negative level.
For an N-type MOSFET, to turn it on requires a positive voltage from the gate to the source (VGS) (which needs to be higher than the threshold voltage of the MOSFET), for example, + 10V. For P-type MOSFET, if you want to turn it on, you need to add a negative voltage to the source (VGS) (the negative voltage needs to be lower than the threshold voltage of the MOSFET), for example,-10V.
Now let's take a look at the relationship between N channel and P channel of MOS tube.
The electrical conductivity of pure semiconductors is very poor, but it can be enhanced by adding some special impurities. The N-type MOSFET will introduce extra movable negative charge (electron), which is mixed with N-type (N-channel). In the N-type MOSFET, the electrons are the majority carriers and the holes are the minority carriers. P-type MOSFET produces positively charged holes in semiconductors, which is P-type (P-channel) impurity. In P-type MOSFET, the holes are majority carriers and electrons are minority carriers.
