1. The relationship between the absorbed power (peak) of transient voltage and the pulse width of transient voltage. The maximum current of a series  is determined by the one with the smallest current absorption capacity in the  used. The peak absorption power is equal to the product of this current and the voltage of the series transistor.

The junction capacitance of a TVStransistor is a key factor affecting its application in high-speed lines. In this case, a TVS transistor is generally connected to a fast recovery diode in a back-to-back manner, because the fast recovery diode has a smaller junction capacitance, the equivalent capacitance of the two in series is also small, which can meet the requirements of high-frequency applications.

5. Various electronic systems and communication networks are often subject to external electromagnetic disturbances, mainly from transient processes of power lines, lightning strikes, and world radio. These disturbances can lead to system errors and even hardware damage.
