   3. In addition, excessive Trr will also cause excessive recovery time, resulting in superimposed power consumption and delay. At the same time, the reverse recovery time directly affects the maximum operating frequency of the rectifier device, so the high-frequency rectifier device has strict requirements for Trr, resulting in the development of fast recovery rectifier diode, Schottky and other devices with smaller Trr.

   4. Therefore, the rectifier device at the input (front end) has more low frequency, the requirements for diode Trr are relatively low, and the output end (back end) has higher requirements for Trr, and fast recovery diodes or Schottky rectifier diode are mostly used, and even MOS products are used as rectifier devices.
