What are the advantages of MOS?

 MOS is widely used in various electronic components and integrated circuits, such as microprocessors, memory, analog circuits, etc. The superiority of  MOS technology lies in its high efficiency, low power consumption, and high integration, making it the preferred choice in electronic product design.

1. High integration

One of the biggest advantages of  MOS technology is its high integration. MOS transistors are small in size and can integrate a large number of transistors on a single chip.
