The rectifier bridge stack product is composed of four rectifier silicon chips connected in a bridge manner and packaged with insulating plastic. The high-power rectifier bridge is sealed with a zinc metal shell outside the insulation layer to enhance heat dissipation. There are many types ofrectifier bridges: flat, circular, square, bench shaped (divided into straight insertion and patch), and there are GPP and O/J structures. The maximum rectification current ranges from 0.5A to 100A, and the maximum reverse peak voltage ranges from 50V to 1600V.

There are four types of rectifier bridge packaging: square bridge, flat bridge, circular bridge, and SMD MINI bridge;

The main packaging of the square bridge includes (BR3, BR6, BR8, GBPC, KBPC, KBPC-W, GBPC-W, MT-35 (three-phase bridge));

The main packaging of flat bridges includes (KBP, KBL, KBU, KBJ, GBU, GBJ, D3K);

The main packaging of the circular bridge includes (WOB, WOM, RB-1);

The main packaging of SMD MINI bridges is BDS, MBS, MBF, ABS.
