1. 3. The Zener diode structure is mainly a planar contact type, which is characterized by a relatively large allowable current and a high reverse breakdown voltage. It is widely used in circuits with low processing frequencies. The main consideration for the use of rectifier diodes is that the maximum rectifier current and maximum reverse operating voltage should be greater than the actual values in operation
